Aquarius Condominium is a beachfront complex located on the southern end of South Padre Island, Texas. The complex was built in 1977 and has a boutique-style design, with a relaxing coastal vibe in mind. It consists of 69 individually owned and operated condominium units, which are available for rent – with this site being the #1 place for information and booking.
The complex features a heated pool, which is 8 feet deep at its deepest point, as well as a community hot tub and direct beach access. The beachfront grounds are beautifully landscaped and include walking paths and three grilling stations.

The first floor of the complex includes a coed sauna, a small exercise room with some machines, a laundry room, and three community bathrooms that are available for pool and beach use. Additionally, there is gated parking and a friendly staffed front desk during regular business hours.
In 2019, the exterior of the building was repainted and the interior was updated. All of the floor tile throughout the common areas of the building has been replaced, and the hallway walls and new condo doors have been repainted in cool coastal colors. An eclectic mix of artwork and accessories has been added in the common areas throughout the building.
